John Robinson, creator of The Quorum Principle, believes there is a systemic problem in manufacturing and that bringing about a paradigm shift is the only way to solve it.
John has had a 30 year career that began in manufacturing but has also included roles in Strategic Consulting, IT, OT, Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0.
The Quorum Principle is a concept based on collaboration and a move away from the current, traditional ways of working. Its aim is to remove silos, turn suppliers into partners, and replaces competition with collaboration, thus completely changing relationships between manufacturers and suppliers and between suppliers in the ecosystem.
